Heady bouquet of apples and limes with a rich palate of tropical fruit. This wine has come on leaps and bounds over the last few years. We tried some a couple of months back and it really is brilliant: soft clean fruit and a will knit mousse. Probably one of the most natural and enjoyable ENGLISH sparkling wines.
