Tasting Notes
Manuel harvest at dawn with protection by the cold. Bright yellow color, the nose is complex with white flesh fruits. On the palate, well balanced, litchi notes, rich and velvet. It is one of the finest, most complete wines you’ll find for this kind of money. This Picpoul de Pinet is to drink young (now or in the next 2 or 3 years) at 8-10 degrees as an aperitif or with seafood or fish. This Picpoul received several medals (Guide HACHETTE 2004/2005/2006 & Guide FLEURUS 2005/2006).
