Tasting Notes
Vernaccia is the Grape and the Denominazione named after it. Crisp, refreshing and packed with flavour, a great example. At Canneta they strive for Zero Sulphur winemaking so this wine should be great for those sensitive to Sulphur. (They try to stay below 70 parts per million, 300ppm is the legal limit.)   Look for delicate green pear and lime fruit, with a hint of almonds on the finish. Has a refreshing almost bitter tang at the end. Ideal aperitif wine or goes beautifully with grilled fish and seafood pasta dishes.
