1. Your statutory rights: These terms and conditions offer you additional protection and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Alcohol and the Law: Under UK law, we are unable to sell alcoholic drinks for consumption by anyone under the age of 18. When you place an order for alcohol with 'Festival Wines' (Mason & Mason Wines Ltd T/A Festival Wines), you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old and that you will not provide alcohol to be consumed by anyone under the age of 18.
3. Availability: Occasionally some products go out of stock, in this event we will contact as soon as possible and either recommend a similar product or place your order on hold while stock is replenished.
4. Payment: We accept all major credit and debit cards online or by telephone, with the exception of American Express. You may also send your payment by post. Cheques and postal orders should be crossed and made payable to 'Festival Wines'. All goods remain the property of 'Festival Wines', until full payment of invoice price has been received.
5. Breakages and losses: In the event of damaged or lost goods, you must notify the carriers and 'Festival Wines', in writing or by telephone, at the earliest opportunity and no later than seven days from your order.
6. Returns and Cancellations: Should you change your mind, you may cancel your order within seven days working days after receipt of your order. All goods must be returned to 'Festival Wines', unopened and undamaged.
7. Cost of Returns: If you have not returned the goods within seven days of cancellation, 'Festival Wines' reserve the right to subtract the costs of collection from your refund.
8. Refunds: All refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation.
9. VAT (Value Added Tax): Where applicable VAT at the current rate is included in the price.
10. Questions, concerns or complaints: If you have any questions, concerns or complaints about the service you receive from “Festival Wines”, then please contact us with a clear description of your comments. We will endeavour to respond within five working days.
