Nicole and Christian Ferbos have produced one of the only Organic Sauternes in production today. Their property lies within one of the five recognised Sauternes communes, Preignac. The wine is wonderfully rich with honeysuckle and acaccia scents accompanying vanilla and apricot characters on the palate. A must with pudding, strong cheeses and traditionally Foie Gras.
