Genuinely complex and unusual Maderia from one of the Island's foremost growers. A hint of spice in the medium sweet nature of the palate is balanced with vanilla and caramel notes.
Tasting Notes
In 1995 Barbeito took a risk and made wine exclusively from the normally bulk varietal Tinta Negra Mole. It was much loved but assumed to be a one off. In 1996 Barbeito proved any sceptics wrong with another growth, and one that outshone the '95 at that !
