Apricot, peach and citrus are all present in this Aussie sticky of genuine quality, from the De Bortolis who have been making wine in New South Wales since 1928.
Tasting Notes
The Noble Rot, or botrytis cinerea serves to intensify the flavours of this sticky, at least a year of maturation then adds complexity. Creating a wine that will match perfectly with any pudding or cheese course. Sit back and bask in that warm end of meal glow.
