Tasting Notes

Very pale in colour, this is a stunningly elegant wine with a real fruity backbone that never seems to cease to surprise. Having dropped out of organic certification after having been forced by law to spray his vines Monsieur Moret still however remains faithful to his all organic ideals. The benefits of which are abundantly clear in this ever so classy rose.
