Tasting Notes
From a Navarran wonderful and rare varieties, Graciano, this Rioja is succulent and sumptuous with a smooth strawberry and vanilla palate, absolutely delicious. Only 395 hectares are cultivated in Rioja with Graciano, representing 0.7% of the Denominacion. It is considered autochthonous and its Spanish origin is internationally recognised. It is the authorised red variety that occupies the least surface area of vineyards in Rioja region. It is more resistant to diseases than Tempranillo. It produces a bright red coloured must, important acidity, with a pleasant and very peculiar aroma. It is the most aromatic of all the spanish varieties. Also knows as Bordelais, Xerez, Bastardo Nero and lot more!
