Cristina and Vincenzo Adamo farm this extensive 75 hectare estate, a mixture of vines and olives, all produced organically. Bought from the biggest Marsala producer, back in the 1930s, it now has a very modern outlook.  The Nero d’Avola is easy to drink and bursting with typical raisiny fruit whilst the Sauvignon carries its Mediterranean weight with voluptuous charm.
