Tasting Notes
Monsieur Carre makes very little of this superb pink Champagne, the pale pink hue and raspberry scented bouquet will delight as will the fresh 'fruits rouges' flavour perfectly delivered to you tongue via the pops of  tiny perisitent bubbles..the ultimate apertif or celebratory treat.
