Tasting Notes
Despite ticking a ridiculous number of a la mode boxes on paper – rosé, pinot grigio, organic and fizz – this is actually a really good wine, pure, elegant and beautifully poised. Always a delight, with a blood orange, almost rosy character, it’s a ‘once tasted forever smitten’ wine. The vineyards are on the superior Piave soils to the north of the Pinot Grigio flatlands and this really comes to the fore in the wines delicate, minerally structure.
