Otherwise delivery is £6.99 within England and Wales. Please contact us for a quote to all other areas. Delivery is free on orders over £150 in England and Wales.

Orders placed by midnight are normally delivered within 48 hours.

You will need to sign for your delivery. Special arrangements can be made to leave the goods at your address when you are out, but these must be made in advance and are at our discretion. Once left, we will accept no responsibility for their loss.

If goods are sent by courier, the courier will try to deliver once, and if you are out, once more. You can then either collect your wine from their depot, or the goods will be returned to us and we will need to charge you for any further attempts.

If you are signing for your goods you are acknowledging that they are intact. Do not accept broken packages, if you have asked for the package to be left unattended and find it broken you must let us know within 7 days of your order or there will be no refund.
