Our Carbon Neutral delivery service costs £3.99 in the Sussex area (see how much for details) and FREE of charge in Brighton & Hove (BN1-BN3). MAINLAND UK costs £8.95 per ORDER subject to promotions. Orders received by 6pm are normally delivered within 48 hours. For further info please read on.
Where?
Any UK address as above, for highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands a surcharge may apply, for further details please contact us.
When?
We use a next day delivery service; orders placed by 6pm will be delivered within 48 hours. In any event we will let you know via email when to expect your order.
Missed it?
You need to sign for your delivery: if you can't be there to sign for it please let us know where it can be left safe using the delivery instructions box. If no delivery instructions are left and you happen to be out the parcel will not be left. The courier will redeliver the following day. If this also fails, the package will be held at the courier's depot for five working days for you to collect before being returned to Festival Wines. If the wine has to be resent after this the customer is responsible for the cost of redelivery.
Popping out?
Following on from the above, if you do happen to be out when the delivery is made, please specify a safe place where the goods can be left. Festival Wines will not accept responsibility for goods left under these circumstances.
At work?
We are more than happy to deliver to your place of work, unless of course you are an astronaut. Your alternate delivery address can be included during the checkout process.
Special Delivery?
If it is a 'life or death' scenario, we can quote a special delivery price. Please contact us.

Delivery is Free Brighton (BN1- BN3)
Delivery is £3.95 in the Sussex area (Postcodes: BN (all) / GU (27.3 & 23 to 31) / PO (1 to 22) / RH (10 to 20) / TN (5 to 7, 19 to 22, 31 to 40)
Delivery is £8.95 for all other mainland UK postcards. (Surcharge may apply for Scottish Highlands)
For orders over £150 delivery is free.

Breakages and Returns
If you are signing for your goods you are acknowledging that they are intact. Do not accept broken packages, if you have asked for the package to be left unattended and find it broken you must let us know within 7 days of your order or there will be no refund.
